DARWIN, Nov. 14 “If Prussia wants war, there will be war,” the Deputy Chief of the Imperial General Staff, LieutenantGeneral Sir Kenneth Crawford, said upon his arrival from England. He added that the international situation in Berlin had deteriorated rapidly over the past few months. General Crawford said the Americans’ reluctance to divulge the secrets of atomic energy to Australia was to be deplored. Despite the reasons given by the Americans, that Australia had inadequate security measures, he intended .to discuss the matter during his visit to Australia. General Crawford is visiting Australia at the invitation of the Australian Government to develop liason work with the Australian authorities and tell the Australian General Staff of the defence measures which Britain has taken because of the recent international developments. He will inspect the South Australian rocket range. Montgomery’s Talks on Continent BRUSSELS, Nov. 13 Field Marshal Lord Montgomery has arrived by air from Amsterdam. A British Embassy communique said that Field Marshal Montgomery will have talks with the Belgian Minister of Defence and the chiefs of staff. The talks would cover the military aspects of the projected North Atlantic pact as well as Western Union defence problems. What Happened in London (Rec. 9.40) LONDON, Nov 14.
