GUINNESS STREET HOUSE FOR WORKINGMEN’S CLUB

A two-storeyed house in Guinness Street, has been purchased by this Greymouth Workingmen’s Club from Mr E. O’Malley, for conversion into a club rooms. The price is believed to be in the vicinity of £1350, and the transaction will be considered shortly by the Westland Land Sales Committee.
