£100 STOLEN FROM HOUSE
PALMERSTON N., Oct 13. The premises of John Nicoletaos, 499 Main Street, were entered last night and £lOO was removed from a small box in a drawer’ in an upstairs room. A large amount of silver which the box contained was not touched. Entrance was apparently made through a back window on the ground floor which had been left unlocked. Mr Nicoletaos left the premises a t 8 p.m., and discovered his loss when he return at about 11,15 p.m.
