CAUGHT IN THE ACT
AUCKLAND, Oct. 12. When Donald McKenzie, aged 36. labourer, and James Frederick Gallagher, aged 36, radio serviceman entered the of lice of Leaders Cash Orders Ltd., Karangahape Road on the night of October 1, a detective was waiting for them. He took explosive-: and implements. Both men admitted it was a “fair catch.” In the Magistrate’s Court yesterday both pleaded guilty to breaking and entering and were committed to the Supreme Court for sentence.
