ISTANBUL, October 6. ‘‘The first Turkish army, naval and air manoeuvres of modern times are taking place on the Black Sea coast north-east of Istanbul , say.-_ the British United Press. . ‘‘United States' officers, incluring General Macbride, chief of the united States Military .Mission, will cooperate closely with .
