STOCKHOLM, October 5. Communist groups in Western Europe are planning a new spnntei group without ties to the Cominfoim according to the Labour nel^P d P ( ' Afton Tidningen,, quoted by the Associated Press correspondent. . Opposition Communist groups met in Zurich last week to establish an “Independent Communist .Party. Groups from Sweden, Switzerland Holland, Luxemburg, Belgium and the Western zones of Germany participated. __
