RUSSIAN CLERK NEW CITIZEN OF CANADA
(Rec. 10.0) OTTAWA, Oct. 6 Igor Gozenko, a former Russian Embassy cipher clerk, whose disclosures led to the Canadian Royal Commission on Soviet espionage, has become a Canadian citizen. The Government announced to-day that Gozenko had applied for citizenship, and was granted a certificate ten days ago.__
