U.S.A. Proposals To Retaliate

(Rec. 11.30). WASHINGTON. Oct. 5. The United States Government is studying the idea of imposing retaliatory measures on Soviet officials .in America, as the result of a Russian order, sharply limiting the movements of all of the foreign diplomats in Russia.

U.S. diplomatic authorities said that a strict tit-for-tat policy would require the Soviet Ambassador and Embassy officials in Washington to get State Department permission before leaving the city.
