Prime Minister Again Delayed
SYDNEY, October 5. ■The departure for London of the Quantas Constellation plane by which the New Zealand Prime Minister, the Rt. Hon. P. Fraser, is booked as a passenger, has again been delayed until 10.30 o'clock. The plane was due to leave Mascot Aerodrome, Sydney, on Saturday night, but the departure was successively postponed to Sunday and then to yesterday. In explanation of the further postponement, a Quantas spokesman said the complete overhaul carried out to comply with the Civil Aviation Department’s certificate of airworthiness had delayed the departure. The plane is the fourth Constellation delayed in leaving Sydney in the last seven weeks. U.N.
