Sharp Moslem Attack on India

PARIS, September 30.

The Pakistan delegate to the United Nations, Begum Shaista Ikramulla, accused the Indian community and the rulers of “a certain State” of having committed racial murder against the Moslems in some Darts of India last year. She declared that “deliberately planned and carefully executed” genocide (the denial of the right of existence of entire human groups), whose object was the elimination of the Moslems, had been at least partially successful. The Moslems wanted genocide declared a crime punishable by the International Court of Justice. “We would like it applied retrospectively so that those responsible last year could be brought to book.”
