Nimmo Cup for greatest goal .overage.—Convent Old Girls B 16.6. Trophies will be presented at the grand finale of the season, the Ball on Friday. Games on Saturday were keen and fast. Technical Old Girls A playing splendid basketball, went through to the finals when the strong, fast Convent Old Girls A team defeated them for the Cup. Woolworths put a very creditable performance in the semifinals and are to be congratulated on a good game. The visiting Christchurch team were a strong combination in the intermediate section going through without a loss. Their centre third was particularly attractive. G.T.H.S. E, very excited and playing strongly, got into the junior finals, but Blackball B proved the stronger team and well deserved the winning position.
