HYDERABAD ALL UNDER CURFEW
LONDON, Sept. 20.
A dusk-to-dawn curfew imposed on Hyderabad City has been extended to the whole of Hyderabad State, in India. The Indian Defence Ministry said: About 1200 Razakars were killed, many wounded and 450 captured in the Hyderabad fighting. Some hotheaded Razakars are still active in the interior, but are being liquidated, The former Razakar leader, Azim Razvi, has been rushed to an unknown destination to avoid a possible communal flare-up. NEW DELHI, Sept. 21.
General Chowdrhy has banned four Hyderabad daily newspapers, and has warned twelve others not to publish “news calculated to disturb peace and order.”
KASHMIR FIGHTING An Indian communique claimed that Indian troops killed six members of a Pakistan Army gun crew and destroyed an “enemy”, howitzer in a surprise raid at Nimu in the Ueh sector of Kashmir. BURMA BATTLE

A communique says that Government troops killed over 400 insurgents in a battle in Arakan. Government troops recaptured the town of Bogale in the. Irrawaddy delta.
ARRESTS OVER ASSASSINATION
(Rec 9.40) RANGOON, Sept 21. Burmese police have arresied §even people in connection with the assassination *f U. Tin Tut, the late Foreign Minister and military leader. The Burmese Parliament recorded ns grief at U. Tin Tut’s death. RANGOON, Sept. 21.
It is officially denied that any arrests have been made in connection with U Tin Tut’s death. Malayan Execution SINGAPORE, Sept. 20. A ’Chinese Communist hanged today at Johore Bahru,„walked to the gallows singing the Communist Internationale. He was a former village schoolmaster, who was one of three terrorists executed this morning.
