British General Staff
CANBERRA, Sept. 19
The Deputy-Chief of the imperial General Staff (Sir Kenneth Crawford) will visit Australia in November to review military defences. The Minister of the Army (Mr C. Chambers) said he would discuss with Sir Kenneth Crawford all aspects of the Australian Army, particularly organisation and equipment. Sir Kenneth Crawford, who is making a world tour to examine British Army overseas stations, will inspect progress on the long-range weapons project. -
