(Re c 10.40 p.m.) BERLIN, Sept 19. The Soviet Newsagency report that the Soviet commandant, General Kotikov has asked the chief prosecutor of. the Soviet Military Tribunal in Berlin to reconsider the charges against the Ave young Germans wno were sentenced to 25 years’ hard labour. General Kotikov said that the verdict did not take into consideration the fact that the accused had acted under the influence of provocative speeches 1 by members of the Berlin City Administration.
