(Rec 9.5 p.m.) LONDON, Sept 18. The Western-sponsored press has reported that the German Communists are conducting a great wave of terror, from which several nonCommunists have fled to the Western zone. These fugitives include Friedrich Schneider, of the Liberal Democratic Party. Gangs of young Communists raided newspaper stands in the Berlin borough of. Weissensee in the Russian sector, and tore up all copies of the Western-licensed newspapers. The youths told the newspaper sellers that if they did not stop selling Western licensed newspapers, their stands would be smashed, or set on fire. People should understand that the United States, in return for her economic heln. will demand support by German soldiers, in a new wax' shexjs preparing.”
