TORONTO, Sept. IT The Prime Minister of Eire (Mr John Costello) said to-day that his Government will take steps “to stop the continual migration of Irish people to Canada, the United States, Australia, and New Zealand by giving them something worth while to keep them in their own country.” Mr Costello added that there were some forty million of these Irish in these countries to-day. and the efforts they fiave directed in building up new worlds should been utilised in their own homeland.
