LONDON, Sept. 6 The Italian Foreign Minister, Count Siorza, urged parliamentarians from 39 nations to work for a federated Europe to safeguard world peace in this grave hour.’; He was speaking at the opening session of the 37 th InterParliamentary Union after 300 delegates had elected him the conference president. „ „ Count Sforza said the Balkans again contained danger. Europe was a danger to the world, for which reason. Europeans must strive for unity to avert the catastrophe of another war.
