Rifle Shooting

A practce shoot was held in the Army Drill Hall by the Westport Small Bore Rifle Cluo at the weekend. The attendance was fair and scoring with the sporting ammunition was not quite as high as usual. Ralph Cunningham, however, returned a very nice target of 99 with nine central bulls. Ron Powell 96, had the best junior target, and Miss V. Walker 92, was the highest of the ladies. With the delivery of match ammunition promised for next week, the Club will continue the championship series when the first 'shoot of the fifth competition will be held at the week-end.
