CAPETOWN, Sept 3. The Minister of Labour, Mr B. J. Schoeman, announced in Parliament that the Government would. apppinta commission to consider applying the policy of segregating Europeans and non-Euorpeans to factories and how to avoid the consequent economic repercussions. _ The Native Affairs Minister, Dr. G. Jansen, told Parliament that the Government was considering whether segregation should be applied to the main urban areas.
