United Nations Paris Assembly Preparations

PARIS, September 1. The United Nations took formal possession of a fraction °* territory on the banks of the Seine to-day as the seat of the third session of the General Assembly, which w°ll open on September 21 says the Associated Press correspondent. Schuman said that Europeans had resigned themselves to the transfer elsewhere of the centre of gravity of world politics.
