A good many Westport people attended the Reefton races on Saturday. Though no Westport horse had a win, four Westport starters ran in places, .namely Loyal Volo (third), Scotch Drift (second), Cricket Field (second), and Velvet Slipper (third). Messrs Barr and Conza have arrived in Westport with their team of horses.
