Austrian Crown Jewels at Sydney—
(Rec. 10.10). SYDNEY, Sept. 5. A magnificent gold and diamond crown, that of Princess Anna of Hapsburg, lies unclaimed in the Customs Bond in Sydney. It is six hundred years old, and it was valued before the war at over five thousand Bounds. Another famous Hapsburo- - was flown from Sydney to New York a few days ago to be sold there this week. It is a necklace of diamonds, rubies, emeralds, and pearls, which was made in the fifteenth century to the order of Prince Gabriel of Tr.ansylvania for Princess Anna of Hapsburg. These jewels were brought to Sydney in the year 1939 by a gem expert, of Budapest, who was seeking asylum from the Nazis.
