WELLINGTON, Sept 3. “It is clear that these regulations are issue’d with the very wise purpose of controlling narcotics.” This comment was made in the Magistrate’s Court to-djay by Mr H. J. Counsel for the defendant said the Social Security Regulations imposed a great deal of clerical work on chemists and there was nothing sinister in the offence.
