New Rates For Sheepskin Levies
PA WELLINGTON, Sept. 3 The sheepskin marketing levy Number Seven has been announceo by the committee controlling the collection of levies on sheepskins. The rates of levey for various grades of skins has been amended and will be as follows on all sheep skins purchased as from September 3:-— Full wools: Super and first pelts od, second pelts 2d; dead and badly damaged Id; three-quarter wools, the same; half wools, 4d, 3d, and lOd respectively; quarter wools, same, shearings, same; pelts, same; hoggets, 3d, 2d. lOd; lambs, same; merinos. 2d, Id, Id; woolly blacks, lOd; short blacks and double fleece, same; milk lambs and woolly broken and short broken .same.
