40-Year Sentence On Jap. Prison Guard At War Trial
(Rec 9.40) TOKIO, Septembei’ 2. The War Crimes Commission .at Kokohama, sentenced Yoshio Komine a Japanese prison guard, to 40 years hard labour for beating and torturing four American prisoners of war, who later died.
