U.S. Mare’s Winnings 345,000 Dollars
(Rec. 10.10). CHICAGO, Sept. 1. Honeymoon equalled Armed’s track record of 95 seconds for the mile in winning the 327,009 dollars Beverley Handicap for fillies and mares at Washington Park to-day. Honeymoon is five years old, and is the daughter of Beau Pere-Panor-amic. Harry Warner, the Hollywood motion picture producer, paid 135,000 dollars for her two years ago. Honeymoon’s win gave Warner 319,000 dollars. Honeymoon has now earned 345,020 dollars. Only Galloi--ette among mares has earned more in her turf history.
