POLISH PRELATE UNDER ARREST
LONDON, August 31. Polish security police arrested 55-year-old Monsigneur Eugmunt Kaczynski, leading spokesman for the Catholic hierarchy in Poland, says the Associated Press Warsaw correspondent. Monseigneur Kaczyskni was editor and director of the Catholics’ powerful weekly newspaper, “Tygodnik W'arsawski.” He was Minister of Education in the war-time Polsih Government in exile in London.
