Reuter’s diplomatic correspondent says while it is believed that one further Kremlin meeting may be necessary, there is expected then to be an announcement that technical details governing the issue of ■Soviet currency in Western Berlin is to be passed bn to a conference of the four Military Governors. .It is believed that the conference held at the Kremlin on Friday night produced a draft communique which has been/referred to the three Western capitals. Obseivers consider, even if only as a formality, the statement may be referred back once more to Moscow. The. Western envoys had a three-hour talk with M. Molotov. M. Stalin was not present, but M. Andrei Vyshinsky, Deputy-Foreign Minister was for the first time in the negotiations. Mr. Frank Roberts (Britain) disappointed observers by saying u No communique to-night, as at , least an interim announcement. The envoys are understood to have been extremely satisfied with the nature of M. Stalin’s earHer communication to them.
