LONDON, Aug. 9. A new Dutch coalition Cabinet has been formed by Mr Willem Drees (Labour). The principal posts are: Vice-Pre-mier. Mr Schaik (Catholic Party); Foreign Minister, Mr Du Stikker (Freedom Party); Defence, Mr J. W. Schokking (Christian Historical Party); Overseas Territories, Mr E. M. Sassen (Catholic Party).
