The depth of water on. the bar at high water yesterday was 22ft. 6ins. The Kiwitea, which has been delayed by bad weather, is expected to sail this afternoon with coal and posts for Gisborne. The Rata is loading coal for Nelson and is expected to sail this morning after being delayed by bad weather. The Gabriella is loading coal and timber for Wellington and is due to sail to-morrow. The Karepo arrived early yesterday morning fro,nr Auckland and will load coal and posts for Napier.
