DANUBE ISSUE MAY CO TO THE HAGUE COURT
BELGRADE, Aug. 5. Britain has presented to the Danube Conference a resolution asking that the Internationa] Court at The Hague be asked to decide the validity of the 1921 Danube Convention, says the Associated Press correspondent. Britain in a second resolution, asked that a special international tribunal be appointed in the United Nations Organisation to decide what international agreements on Danube navigation are now in force and which States are party to them.
