Radio Changes Are Progressive Move
WELLINGTON, June 3 Although facing some financial loss through the necessity to provide theii - sets with new dials radio manufacturers regard the. frequency changes to take effect in New Zealand radio stations on September 1, as a sound progressive move, which will be to the benefit of the listening public, partciularly those in country areas. This ooinion was expressed to-day by Mr D. B. Billing, president of the Wellington Radio Traders’ Association and an executive member of the New Zealand Radio Traders’ Federation.
