The Egyptian Senate Foreign Affairs Committee rejected the draft agreement on Sudan Administration, reached by Ahmed Mahashaba Pasha the Egyptian Foreign Minister, and Sir Ronald Campbell, British Ambassador. It is understood that shopld Egypt turn down Britain’s proposal for a greater Egyptian share in the Sudan Government, Sir Robert Howe, the Governor-General, and his administration in Khartoum will go ahead with plans they had formulatI ed. .
