New Cafeteria for Greymouth

Greymouth will shortly have an additional restaurant. The new establishment, which will open in, about a month's time, will be modelled on'the latest British and American lines as far as cleanliness goes. To enable the public to ensure that the food they get is clean and properly prepared, the kitchen will be an open one. The new restaurant will not replace one already in existence. It will' be a new establishment in Boundary Street. The only division between the,'kitchen and the dining room will be a small dividing wall about two feet high. '

Another service which the new restaurant plans to provide is a threecourse mid-day meal. For those who desire it, a quick lunch cafeteria service will also operate.
