Smuts Remaining with His Party
(Rec. 10.10). LONDON, June 1. Reuter’s correspondent at Cape town says: General Smuts said that he hoped to continue to do his duty as Leader of the United Party. He said: “If there is any blame for its present failure, let it be mine”.
