Women’s Institute

The Women’s Division of the Farmers’ Union recently were the guests of the Women’s institute at a social at the Community Centre. There was a large attendance of members of both organisations. The evening was spent in dancing and games, while vocal numbers, and sketches by mem bers of the W.I. Drama Circie wen much appreciated. A silent pla.. created a great deal of amusemen. and was well acted by those who too. part. After the serving of a daint; supper, a most enjoyable evening wa; brought to a close by the singing o. “Auld Lang Syne”.
