Australian Bank Act Litigation
SYDNEY, April 16 Judgment in the bank nationalisation case is expected withm six weeks and may be delivered m Melbourne. An appeal, to the Privy Council appears certain whatever the decision .of the High Court. The official transcript of the case which, does not include the long citations from judgments made during the case, exceeds 2300 foolscap pages and contains more than 1,350.000 words. Counsel’s feets alqne during the hearing amounted to 858.500.
