(Rec. 11.0). BOGOTA, April 14. The National Committee of the Liberal Party of Colombia have called on the Labour Unions to abandon their general strike. United States officials in Bogota said that this was the most optimistic development since the start of the disturbances. The Colombian Finance Minister, Senor Jose Maria Bernal, has announced that the Export-Import Bank at Washington has extended to Colombia a reconstruction loan of ten million dollars. Colombia and the Soviet BOGOTA, April 14. The Conservative Foreign Minister, Mi’ Eduardo Zuleta, to-day denied that Colombia had broken off relations with the Soviet. "We have taken no definite action yet”, he said. Mr Zuleta said the Government radio announcement of the break was premature.
