Grey Publican Awarded £375 oil Motor-car Deal
CHRISTCHURCH, April 14. In the Magistrate’s Court at Christchurch yesterday, before Mr Raymond Ferner, S.M., Thomas George Anderson, publican, Greymouth, claimed from Frederick Frank Audridge, taxi proprietor, the sum of F 375, being the balance ot money owing under an instrument of security. Mr C. V. Lester appeared for the plaintiff and Mr H. W. Hunter for the defendant. After hearing evidence on the sale of a motor-car and its value, the Magistrate gave judgment for the plaintiff for the amount claimed.
