ALGERIAN ELECTIONS GIVE RIGHT WING LARGE MAJORITY
(Rec. 10.10). LONDON, April 12. Reuter’s correspondent in Faris states the de Gaullists and Right Wing Independents have secured an overwhelming majority in the Algerian elections. With only four results to come in, the de Gaullists hold 18 seats, and the Independents 16. The Socialists have two seats, and the Communists two seats.
