Motor Fatality Near Duntroon
P.A. DUNEDIN. April 11 A husband and wife, who were travelling in a car, which capsized after hitting a culvert end, between Borton’s and Duntroon at 4.30 p.m. on Saturday, received injuries necessitating their admittance to the Oamaru Public Hospital. The wife died in hospital a few hours later. They were: Died: —Mrs W. J. McKinnon, of Otekaike; who" sustained a broken leg, two broken arms concussion and shock. Injured: Mr J. McKinnon, of Otekaike; injuries to the thigh and ankle: severe cuts to the face.
