Cobden Home And School Association
The annual general meeting of the Cobden Home and School Association was held ni the School Hall on Monday evening. Mr ML Coomb presided over a satisfactory attendance.' The balance sheet showed a credit of over £22, after £197 10 s had been paid off the cost of the now hall. ' , , The following officers were elected: —President, Mr C. S. Powick: vice-presidents Messrs L. B. Galbraith and S. Butterworth; hon. secretary F. G. Thomson; hon 1_ re asurer A. H. Sumner; Auditor, L. B. Galbraith; executive: Mesdames I. Carpenter, G.
