CYCLING Boys’ Three Mile Race
Yesterday morning a boys’ threemile race was conducted by the Greymouth Cycling Club over the Cobden course. There were a large number of entries and the result was: D. Ogilvie (40sec) 1, D. Boot (scr) 2, K. Morgan (scr) 3. Time 8.51. 800 l secured the fastest time in 8.9 1-5 with Morgan second in 8.9 4-5.
Aggregate points to date are Morgan 8 points, Boot 6, Mclntyre and Ogilvie 3 each and Longley one point
