SOVIET DEMANDS ON AUSTRIA STILL A DEADLOCK
< LONDON, April 1 The Big Four Foreign Ministers’ deputies despite Russia’s offer yesterday to scale down her demands for payment, for German assets in Austria to 150,000,000 dollars in convertible currency, spread over six years, made no progress when they met again to-day.
