WELLINGTON, April 2. The weather report is as follows: — Situation: An anti-cyclone is centred over the North Tasman Sea, and near the Chatham Islands. The forecast to 5 p.m. is for moderate to variable winds. The weather will be fair to cloudy, with moderate temperatures. The further outlook is becoming unsettled.
