CANBERRA, March 31. It is officially reported that the three chaplain-generals of the Australian forces and Major-General Lloya, who refused to answer questions when they left Sydney by air for Japan on Tuesday night, comprise a party appointed to investigate the charges of black-marketing and immorality among members ot the occupation forces. The party is expected to be m Japan for about three weeks.
