Finland Dubious Of Red Army
HELSINKI, March 31. It is learned that Finland’s insistence that Russia should send military aid, only if Finland specifically asked for it, ’ has caused a hitch in the Russo-Finnish negotiations in Moscow for a military assistance and friendship pact. , . President Paasikivi, members of the Cabinet and political party leaders met to-night to draft fresh instructions which a special courier will take to Moscow to-morrow.
