SYDNEY, March 29 After April 21, no more refined sugar will be available to New Soutn Wales wholesellers until the Queensland railway strike has ended. There may be a period when supplies will be completely lacking, depending on how much longer the Queensland strike last. When the workers resume ,ships will have to go north to discharge cargo, load, sutzar, and bring it to Sydney for refining. The entire process takes several weeks.
