N.Z. Troops Best Behaved in Japan, Says Doctor
WELLINGTON. March 2-1. "It is a great pity that recent news of the 13.C.0. P. troops in Japan should have mit immoderate emphasis on black marketing and immorality. Such exaggeration must detract. British doctor, who has been attached Io the 2nd N.Z.E.F. in Japan and who is staying in New Zealand for several months before returning to England. Captain Draper said that after ms stay in Sydney he considered J, here was mere immorality and blackmarketing in that city than in any centre in Japan.
