WEST EUROPE PLANS FOR MUTUAL AID
LONDON, February 2,
Britain has submitted to France a draft treaty embodying the provisional British ideas on the proposed pacts with Belgium. the Netherlands, and Luxemburg. It is expected that the agreements will provide for mutual assistance in the event of future German aggression, and for _ economic collaboration between Britain and the Benelux countries.
